if you really need to ask the question if your computer runs a game that is half a decade old you should know the answer already... it doesn't even have a dedicated graphics card. it's not intended to play games with..

There is a site called "can I run it" or "can my PC run it" or something like that. It should give you info on whether you reach minimum requirements. If you want a more descriptive view of how your PC would do, try searching YouTube for gameplay from a pc running with a cpu/you/ram similar as yours.

If you mod the game, and downgrade the textures to a content but low package, use some ui and graphic mods that lowers the resource consumption you can pretty much rud the game. There are guides for this kind of modding (although not too much). Ask around on nexus, there are probably modders who did something like this.

Depends on what intel hd graphics is. If it's Intel hd 4000 it should run fine. Mine was 2000 and I played on lowest settings.
